Jason A. Merritt,Justin D. McNutt allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover operative

Jason A. Merritt, 25, was arrested while Justin D. McNutt, 28, turned himself in to authorities. Both arrests stem from an investigation by the unit during which Merritt and McNutt allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover operative of the narcotics unit. Merritt remains in jail on a $25,000 bond while McNutt was released after posting bail.
