Arrested two Kingston residents Wednesday after a narcotics investigation, police said.One, a 16-year-old girl, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.She was arrested after allegedly selling crack cocaine in the area of Liberty and Furnace Streets.A 20-year-old woman was charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor and fourth-degree criminal facilitation, for allegedly transporting the 16-year-old to the drug transaction.She was released on an appearance ticket for the Kingston City Court.The 16-year-old was held in Kingston City detention pending arraignment.
